What We Do
Nobody should have to call three companies to find out what something costs. Here is the price. If your property is unusual we will tell you before we start, not after.
Compressed air pushed through every zone at 50 to 60 PSI, never above 80. Backflow preventer isolated, test cocks and ball valves left at 45 degrees, controller shut down. You get a text with your zone count and anything we found.

No. We need access to the controller and the backyard. Leave the gate unlocked or send the code, and we will text you a summary when we pull out of the driveway.
In Metro Detroit the first hard freeze usually lands in the first half of November and it does not warn you. Anything still holding water when the ground freezes is at risk. October is the window.
Draining is not the same as blowing it out. Gravity leaves water sitting in low heads, lateral lines and the backflow assembly. That trapped water is what splits a fitting.
Because we will not advertise something we cannot legally do yet. Michigan requires state certification to apply pesticides commercially, both of us are working through it, and the pest side opens when those certificates are in hand. Irrigation work needs no license, which is why it is live now.
Yes, and it is cheaper. Two or more homes on the same street the same day is $69 each. Put their address in the notes and we will call them to confirm.
